Faith Kumanyenu

Founder & Executive Director

Rooted in faith and driven by an unwavering passion for women's empowerment, Faith Kumanyenu founded ARETE Women's Generation with a bold vision: to see every woman discover her uniqueness, unlock her purpose, and pursue a life of intentional excellence.

What began as "The Lady's Hangout with Faith" — an intimate gathering of women sharing, healing, and growing together — has blossomed into a movement touching lives through six transformative programs spanning education, health, mentorship, and community impact.

Young Mothers

BLOOM

Supporting teenage pregnant girls and young mothers with vocational skills training, educational support, counseling, mentorship, and life-skills workshops.

Goal: Empower 500 young mothers annually
Health & Dignity

PadHer

Promoting menstrual health, dignity, and school attendance through sanitary pad distribution, hygiene education, and school outreach programs.

Goal: Reach 10,000 girls annually
YouTube Channel

Unfiltered

Sharing authentic stories of purpose, resilience, and transformation through weekly video episodes, interviews with impactful women, and faith-based teachings.

Goal: Grow to 50,000 subscribers

Arete Inspirations

Daily encouragement and empowerment through inspirational posts, short teachings, testimonies, and community highlights across social platforms.
